Solid, quality ice cream shop. The staff was friendly, willing to explain how they make their ice cream, give samples, spend time with us, & smile.
For me the coconut mango stood out, for my partner in crime it was the raspberry cardamom. But at the end of the day, I stuck with the faithful vanilla and chocolate combination. He, coffee/chocolate with vanilla. We loved it. I've never eaten a whole ice cream cone by myself. But here, I did so happily.
The waffle cones stood out as the best I've tasted. They're cookie-soft, sugary sweet, strong enough for the quality creamy ice cream.
This place is rumored to have been started by the genius who made ice cream for Farm (sadly now closed) from scratch.
It's decadent, great rich flavors and overall a nice experience. Go get ice cream on 17th Ave at Made by Marcus!
