I purchased a Groupon for this company. From the moment I called in to schedule, I was impressed. They were booked a week past the expiration date on the Groupon, but Amy assured me that would be no problem and the Groupon would be honored. She called the day before the appointment and gave me a window of time (bad pun; window!!) and said that sometimes they get done with jobs earlier, so try to be home earlier. Indeed they did arrive a bit early. James shook hands with me, introduced himself and he and his colleague got to work. James put booties on to avoid messing my floors. They painstakingly scoured the windows, inside and out, taking care to make sure they were sparking. James' demeanor was pleasant and I truly enjoyed briefly chatting with him. I will definitely use Cactus again, at full price and as a Realtor, I will add this company to my referral list --- I don't do that easily! Kudos to Cactus!
