Horrible. The worst costumer arrive I have ever encountered. Three days of trying to get someone out to come look at our unit, with no more than a five minute visit and no resolution. On top of this, being personally insulted over the phone about my intelligence and the loss of a pet due to lack of response to service a home. Just absolute unprofessionalism.
