This review is strictly for the Nickelback residency Feb/Mar 2018. So many issues with the management, logistics, and loss of merchandise revenue. EPIC FAILURE!
1. You lure your attendees to the entrance of The Joint. Why??? Ticket holders are then re directed all the way back down hallways and around corners, as the signage suggests entrance, it's only for people purchasing tickets!!! Horrible way of doing business, managing crowds.
2. IF you find this necessary, then at least have the staff to provide human directions!! Your lack of signage is ridiculous!!
3. IF you are going to do this, PRE inform your ticket buyers and your staff!!! When I called to ask which garage would be closer, I was advised d correctly, NOT knowing nor informed that the entrance is by Dunkin Donuts. Pathetic.
3. I find my seat, which is an entirely another complaint on its own, but the kind usher handled that.
4. I notice another patron with a T-shirt. I was shocked!! I had intended on buying a shirt myself. So I asked, "how did I miss the Merch table? Oh! You had to actually get past the first security as if you were buying tickets, to find any Merch to buy!!! Are you kidding me???
Unacceptable all the way around. Shame on you HRH management. Shame on you!!!
5. My ticket says show time is 8pm. It's now 901pm. Shame!
However--- Alex and Aaron are two of the greatest bartenders on earth.
