I wanted to give this place an outstanding five star review but that's not going to happen. I was working with Darren D on negotiating a deal for a Ram 1500 Laramie. Because I'm out of state, one of my requirements was a pre-purchase inspection independent of their shop. I've bougth cars sight unseen so I am familiar with the process. I was able to get the truck insoected but it would be a few days before it could be looked at in the shop I chose from yelp. The shop was great and gave me a detailed verbal report. The truck was so good, the owner at Sansone, didn't even charge me for the inspection as it was that easy and turned out fantastic. I wasn't able to call the dealership before they closed for the day (hour time difference with NV an hour ahead vs OR) so I called them the next day. To my astonishment, the truck had been sold that morning? I had spoke with another salesman as the guy I was dealing with had the day off. Pablo's response was,"Were you in the middle of a deal? Yeah, it just sold this morning?" I was prepared to buy and wanting to close the deal? We were in the midst of negotiating said deal? WTF?? Needles to say I emailed the Darren and he confirmed the following day it indeed had been sold. I'm not sure what the rules or guidelines are about selling in NV, but I feel a lot slighted and screwed? Now this review is for the sales department so I can't speak for the other departments. Don't come here to buy as you'll probably get screwed. The ironic part was I was willing to pay their close to their asking price as I have been researching this model truck for five months and the price was awesome.
