Other than the fact that they messed up and said they didn't pick up from Hilton Grand Vacations Hotel (next to Circus Circus,) our driver Mark basically redeemed this company. We checked in after we cabbed it (make sure you don't park there, it's not the best part of Vegas.) We got our tickets/badges and our complimentary Danish and water, then promptly loaded onto our bus. Mark was very knowledgeable and organized. He told us exactly what was to happen. We were the first bus to leave so we got to the lunch buffet and Grand Canyon first and it was great before the rush. The buffet was good, Tex mex and a salad bar were the choices of the day. There is also a bathroom on the bus, which I didn't have to use. Surprisingly, there weren't any weird smells on the bus.
I went with family out of town and they enjoyed it. This is a better option than driving and it's more relaxing if anything.
I am taking off a star for the pickup mix up. It was a $20 cab ride.
