I'd like to be clear that this five star is based on my experience with my driver, Jay. He was awesome, and if you know he's coming to pick you up you're golden, but don't expect that if you've got someone else coming. I've dealt with a lot a LOT of tow companies, and your experience is totally dependant on your driver. This is true for EVERY tow company. It's always a roll of the dice. And remember to tip your driver if you had a good one, these guys don't get paid enough for what they put up with.
I was broken down on the 17 north of Black Canyon City, called Roadside through my insurance. When they finally managed to finagle with me and actually CALLED 101, my driver was there within a half hour (to my joy, it was 104 degrees outside). He was polite, courteous, and professional. Had a very nice ride, very comfortable. So, five stars to my driver, Jay.
