My family visited the observation deck recently. Great way to get a new view of our great city. It isn't open all of the time and we have been looking for an opportunity to take in the sights from above. A neat "Cleveland bucket list" item. Inexpensive, can be done in about half an hour and you can head somewhere for lunch.
