Have only used Lyft due to the fact that the CEO and Founder is a fraternity brother of mine. Every experience I have had has been nothing short of pleasant.
I have been using Lyft since 2013 in San Diego, far before it ever entered into Vegas, and I have had drivers turn around to drop off belongings to me, stop by restaurants and drive throughs, and each one has offered me some sort of beverage or snack.
My only gripe is that within Vegas, they are limited to certain pickup locations, like during EDC, Life Is Beautiful, and even the airport. However, I am an avid user and fan of this company and also am very mindful that the drivers will be cut after a few poor ratings.
