I just love the noodles here. I tried both the hand cut noodles and the traditional hand pulled noodles. Both were amazing but I still prefer the hand pulled noodles. The texture of the noodles were perfect and it was cooked perfectly aswell. Not too soggy with a good bounce to it. As for the meat I tried both the beef ribs and beef tenderloin and I found the meat to be a bit tough and chewy.
We also had the house special beef pancake $3.99. I hint of sweetness in the sauce and tasted pretty decent.
From the outside the place looks to be pretty large but once you get in you realize its much smaller than it looks. The service was very fast. Workers speak mandarin we used half Cantonese and English to communicate and there were no problems.
The awesomeness of the noodles gives this place an extra 0.5 stars
