First, I want to say thank you to Deanne (receptionist) for ensuring a quick appointment. My air conditioner stopped working the night before and my house was an absolute oven. I appreciated the speedy service. It took two visits to figure out what was wrong with my unit. The first call took a couple of hours, and I bought two compenents on the advice of my servicman, but they didn't fix the problem. On the second visit, the serviceman knew immediately what the problem was, and brought the motor to replace it. He discounted the two components I unnecessarily bought and didn't charge me another service fee, which I really appreciated. I would use Evans again, I just wish the problem had been fixed the first time.
