I have moved. A lot. My husband gets transferred across states more than I want him to!
We have gone with Penske which is a great company if you want to load and drive your items. Their trucks are way better on gas mileage, better pricing,more comfortable ride and newer trucks.
However if you're going to go the middle route because a full-service move is too much and the drive is more than you can do then go with U-PACK.
There are a lot of other companies,PODS and U-HAUL are examples.
The U-Haul containers are not as sturdy. They're basically framed units with for lack of a better word rubberized cardboard sides or real thin sheet metal. Pods Would be a choice for me if I was unable to get U-Pack.
For me the customer interaction, the ease of tracking my belongings and price are enough for me to write this review.
Above and beyond that, the promptness and customer service every single step of the way was amazing.
When we move again in two years which we will, I will definitely call U-PACK
