I usually go to the Beverly Hills location and their service and quality of food never fails. Also, every time we come to Vegas we come to this location. We invited friends with us because we have been raving about how his is the best steak. When we received our steaks they seemed burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. Usually the plates are warm and they were cold as well. Out of the group only 1 person complained about their steak and they took the steak back to the kitchen and heated it and brought it back out, it was still cold sent it back a second time (the same steak) and brought it back again. It was finally warm but I have never been to any restaurant that takes the same piece of meat and tries to keep reheating it.
