My husband and I will never again purchase furniture from this place. The sales people are rude and have no business etiquette when dealing with the public. We went in to purchase a couch and the sales man was throwing f- bombs around like it was no big deal. He apologized, but on top of that he lied about our delivery date, as it was different than what their warehouse had scheduled, we realized it was just to make a sale. My husband then went down to the store to speak with a manager, and was reassured that we would receive our couch on our original expected delivery date. The couch was delivered, but they dropped the couch and damaged our floor. They admitted their fault , but have yet to contact us about repairing our damaged flooring. Our biggest mistake was paying up front the full price of the couch. Bottom line, we will not do business with these people again, nor do we recommend anyone else do business with these people either. Needless to say we were very disappointed.
