Terrible customer service, it took me almost three weeks to get a doctors referral to this place and when I finally received it. It took another almost 4 weeks to get the first available appointment for my son. His appointment was suppose to be tomorrow Sep 22nd, (which I already called off work btw) and the rude receptionist calls be the day before at 3pm to tell me that starting Tom they will no longer take teachers health trust. So your telling me not only did it almost take me a month to get a appointment you tell the day before you can't take my insurance. How unprofessional. And to make it worst she says, you can still come but it will cost you $2,600. WTH!!!
