This is one of my favorite bars in chambana. I find it highly valuable because if I do go out, it's frequently last-minute and by myself, and Quality is an extremely social bar. It has a very open layout without the nooks and crannies commonly found in other bars, and I think this encourages random meetings and conversations among strangers. I usually have no problem showing up by myself and playing darts and chatting with some random people.
The only reason I'm taking off a star is because the crowd can be very very transient. Sometimes I'd go in and find very few people there, and sometimes it's jammed. I also wish they'd lean a bit more wheat/Belgian/sour on their tap list.
