At the beginning service department was great but as it progressed through the months of coming here to get my oil change, service gets longer and longer (wait times! 4 hours at the most) I understand they have a free shuttle service but it does not go all the way to where I live or at least make an exceptions for the work that's being done..It sucks that I have to wait at the service lounges for hours! Not even a status check! Had to go and ask him for it, at least give me a status check every hour or so.. TERRIBLE! If you so claim about your NISSAN CUSTOMER PROMISE own up to it.. Regardless if their buying a new car or has purchased a vehicle. To keep a good relationship with present or future customer you must own up to what you have promised...It's sad that I have to write this however I'm just really disappointed in the service, hope the CEO reads this and gets on their case on providing better customer service to their current/future customers... Just practically wasted my day waiting here.. Also I had to wait for 3 or more minutes when I pulled up to the service department when someone came out and checked me in, it just takes 5 seconds to just kindly say someone will be right with you in a few minutes. I'm in the hospitality business and this not how customers should be anticipated..
