I had bought a coupon online for an oil change at my local Jiffy Lube. I arrived a day after purchasing my coupon and sadly, discovered that my coupon was NOT for my local Jiffy Lube, but for a sister store in another STATE!
Devon, the store manager, immediately stepped in to assist with my dilemma. I had come directly from work and was exhausted. Needing my oil changed, Devon not only compensated me a similar price as my coupon, but the team at 15 Junction Ct, Madison, WI also came to my rescue by walking me through the particulars in getting a full refund on the coupon I could not feasibly use!
