Buyer Beware! Bought my sofa from Creative Leather in Glendale. Took approx 6 weeks to receive, sofa was delivered and set up in living room, signed and they left. We were just moving in so we had them set it back up close to a wall. A week later we moved it to find a small patch of leather was roughed up and damaged. Had to be done at transportation because it was not touching wall and no one could walk behind it. Called the customer service rep. He told me they would not do nothing about it because it was not notice at delivery. Never thought I would need to look over a 7 thousand dollar sofa. Thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I think what makes me the most upset is that they never even bother to come out and look at it and I called my sales rep and she never even bother to call me back. WOW terrible customer service, I would stay far away from this store. I gave them 2 stars only because it would have been a beautiful sofa if not for the damage they caused in transportation and not willing to stand behind their product.
