The hairstylists were wonderful with my young children. Great cuts as well. However, I misplaced my mailer coupon during during commotion with kids cuts and all. I went back outside to look for it again to see if I dropped it when I returned to my car in search of quarters for the kids prize machine. It was no where to be found. They would not honor their advertised price since coupon was no longer in hand even though they had a copy of it there. It was only $1 and to be honest thats what upset me more. Really, not to honor an advertised price to gain a buck? Very sad. I would rather pay more somewhere else where I am valued as a customer.
