I rented a car here and was told by the front desk agent Dave that insurance was mandatory and got it so i could drive the car. It is not. After I found out I called them for 4 days and left 3 urgent messages. No one ever returned my phone call. The manager said he couldn't hear me well enough on one of the messages to get my return number and the agent says he never said what he told me. I ended paying more than double what i thought i was going to pay. They called it "miscommunication." More like misrepresentation by the service agent. I want to say worst customer experience I've ever had but its not just customer service. This was down and out misrepresentation by the company's representatives. Don't ever rent from here. Please read reviews by people below as well that indicate a pattern of unethical and poor business practices going on here.
