My first experience at a prime rib house, and it was amazing! We hopped into a cab from the strip and popped in for lunch with no reservations. Nearly the first ones there, we were seated immediately. The service is impeccable and not at all pretentious. The Old Fashioned was so delicious and made with love that I decided to partake in two. I enjoyed a well-done luncheon cut, while my husband indulged with lobster and a much larger cut of prime rib. He claimed it was the best lobster he's ever had. We could cut both of our entrees with a butter knife- it was so tender and delicious. There is something quite special about the croutons in the spinning salad- they don't get soggy! Overall, the quality and service are just incredible. We're already making plans to return. It was all so filling, that we decided against dessert. On our way out, the hostess asked if she could call a return taxi for us, but we elected to walk and burn it off. It really is just a quick walk from the strip.
