Telsaan is a great little tea shop, a rarity in our area. Erin will help you select the tea you'd like to purchase in bulk or use in a drink; they also server light food/healthy snacks. She has maybe 50 different tins of tea in the shop, with tables in an open atmosphere. People come to sit and chat, work, read, or play games she has on the shelf.
My only suggestion would be to add a handful of posted "highlighted" teas to drink by the cup. If you come into the store with a person that's new to tea or new to loose tea, it can be a little intimidating to them. If there was maybe a card of maybe 6 or 8 teas that are sure to please nearly everyone, I think that would help. Sometimes I hear people say they don't like tea, and my first thought is that they just haven't ever tried good tea! And Telsaan has plenty of it.
