Nasty acting Mgr Chris Came in to buy a dishwasher that I saw yesterday. Well price change today Asked if I can talk to store Mgr Waited 15mins!! Than comes a Mgr Chris and I can see attitude already. Very harsh personality definitely not manager material. Told me he can't give me price of yesterday which mind you is less than $100 Same dishwasher at Spencer's today $10 less tho i've done business with Home Depot buying so much from them for my new home I thought might as well buy it at Home Depot. Well Chris was so rude and hot tempered no customer service skills whatsoever. I asked him if I pay cash can I get the discount considering using a visa card most merchants pay at least 3% Well this is the kicker. He told me that Home Depot does not care quote on quote if I pay cash or card as they pay a yearly fee and Home Depot has already absorb that so they don't care if I pay cash or credit. Really nice of a manager to treat a customer like this. I asked for corporate number and asked to speak to the district manager I also asked this Chris for him to write down his name he then says make sure you tell them that I offered you $100 if you would open up a Home Depot card. I turned to him and I said I will tell them what I want to tell them and walked away. I cannot believe that they have an acting manager like this. I will be getting the correct number as he wrote down the wrong number to corporate and telling them what happened and also asking for a phone call from their district manager. They have lost a customer for now as I'm thinking and hoping that they do the right thing and one apologized to me and to give me the price that I should've paid.
