Do not use this company. I signed up with them the first time and the workmanship was shotty. The rearview mirror fell off about a week after install and I had to fix it myself as they refused. Then, I needed another windshield and reluctently agreed to allow them to fix it again. After aggressive sales as experienced by other reviews I decided to go with a different company. I cancelled the work order on Monday, told the sales rep I did so, and switched the insurance company authorization. Well wouldnt you know who showed up the following Saturday at the same time as my new company was scheduled, Auto Glass Shop. I dont know how they knew when to show up or when my appt was set for but they stole the job as I didnt expect a technition from anywhere but Safelite. Needless to say I was quite upset. I have logged a complaint with Allstate and I hope that they get dropped as a preffered vendor soon.
