I called 1st Call Garage Doors on Monday morning and could have gotten the visit on the same day, but my day was already taken over. They said they could be there Tuesday morning between 8 and 11 with a promise of a 30 minute call before arriving. AND they called. First time for any service I can remember. They called at 8:30 arrive a 9 and finished the work in less than 30 minutes. He and his son showed up Tuesday morning. They examined both my garage doors and made a few suggestions about how the install could have been done better, both by the builder and my own work. . They fixed the garage in no time replacing the springs on the big door installing brackets on both door that were missing, adjusted the levers opening the door to be more efficient and reduce strain on the openers. Between the confident of knowing his craft, the lack of any hassle, how quick they did the job. I was very happy with the work. They left some stickers on the door and took off. It was a good experience and I'd call him again if I have any further issues. Plus I recommend him to anyone that needs their garage door fixed.
