I'm loving my new post office! I just moved into Spring Valley from the South West of town and I can honestly say this was the fastest and most pleasant post office experience from all the post offices on the west side of town.
There were 3 clerks available, but Leonard the clerk was on fire! He helped all 3 people in front of me while the other 2 clerks took care of lengthier transactions. While Leonard helped to move the line along, he did so with a pleasant demeanor and a smile on his face.
He also processed my transaction as efficiently as he did the rest.
I will definitely be back. Great customer service goes a long way!
