I went to this Goodlife instead of my favourite one at 137 Yonge St. because of all the good reviews. The staff at the front desk were very friendly but I find they are at all Goodlife locations. It was a bit confusing to find the change rooms since you have to walk through the cardio area and past the machines which are located in a glorified hallway. In fact, the whole gym is a glorified hallway. There is no room to pull a mat out and good luck to you if you want to do a proper circuit. In fact good luck even working out at all without smacking someone in the head since there is NO room and the place is crawling with people. The treadmills are awkwardly close together and I had to wait 5-10 mins for one. Women's change room had towels everywhere, dirty shower curtains and an obnoxiously loud football game on. I'm also confused as to why they put the ONE 24/7 Goodlife way out here. Ugh. If you're looking for a clean, spacious and relatively peaceful gym avoid this at all costs and go to 137 Yonge St.
