The technician wrote down my card information after I told him I wasn't comfortable with him doing so...
I was so disappointed in the service. I called back after hours to make a payment because I work during the day and wasn't able to make the payment earlier. When I called the technician said the card reader was in his truck and he would just write down my card information and turn it in the next day. I said I wasn't comfortable with that and he said if I would hold for a minute he would go out to his truck. I gave him my card information, he said it didn't go through and asked for it again. When I finished giving him my information again he said he had written it down and would turn it in after I had told him I wasn't comfortable with that.
I called in the next day and complained and the man who answered said that he would call the technician and let me know what was going on. I never got a call back or anything and still don't know what happened with my information.
EXTREMELY disappointed and will never use this company again.
