Where do I begin? I had appointment for service and arrived about 10 minutes later. I was told it would be about two hours so I brought stuff to keep myself busy. At the three hour mark, I came to check on the progress. I was told there was another problem with my vehicle. No big deal. I know that things happen. It ended up taking four hours to complete the work. I wasn't very happy. On the bright side, I was compensated with an extra 5 dollar discount.Service manager was very apologetic. They need a more efficient way to process all the vehicles in the service bay. I wasted my Saturday morning there.
