I use to eat here all the time, because the food was delicious and I did not mind paying $10 for a delicious and stacked meal. But I came here yesterday, after 3 months, and it had completely changed. My Huevos Rancheros literally had a small streak of green chile, my potatoes weren't crispy (instead, they were just boiled and put on the griddle for less than a minute, and they were still scorched with no oil), and the beans tasted old. Not to mention, the plate also down graded in size. I was sooo embarrassed, because I had brought some people from out of town to enjoy my favorite breakfast place and it was a big disappointment. My friend ordered the biscuits and gravy but it had little to no meat and was very bland!! The only reason I am giving this restaurant 2 stars is because of the service. My coffee just never seems to run low and I love it. The waitresses are always on top of their game. I want to know what happened to this place, and if these changes did occur, they need to be fixed. I understand about the portion sizes, but the quality of the food should still be there and I strongly urge them to reconsider their lead cooks if they're putting food out like this.......
