I don't know if we were just unlucky but the couple of times we were at the bar it took over 20 mins just to get a drink. This wouldn't be that bad if I didn't see other people that weren't there before me getting served first. I can understand if a bar is busy and I had to wait that long but it wasn't even that busy the times I went. It also seemed like the bartenders were serving the people that they knew first. After, speaking up loudly about how long we were waiting the bartender gave me attitude. Also, on 3/3 my girlfriend called ahead (around 530) to reserve lanes for my birthday around 730. The girl on the phone told her that we could just come in and we didn't need to reserve lanes. When we got there they told us it would be an hour and a half wait because there were people that called ahead with reserved lanes so we just left. I will say though that I have been bowling there a couple years ago and when I actually got to bowl it was a blast. It's sad all my other experiences involved bad customer service. It's a shame too because I play hockey right across and whenever someone suggests we go there after games to grab a drink I am always shooting it down because of the bad experiences I had there.
