Nightingale is the BEST! They have been a life-saver in helping our family through a very stressful time!
Initially, Nightingale provided prompt, friendly and knowledgeable direction, and then readily sent us some amazing people to help us care for my elderly mother.
We have had several of Nightingale's caregivers assisting us. Each caregiver sent to help Mom has been top-notch. Of course, we have a couple favorite caregivers, but it is comforting to know that we can call Nightingale on short notice and feel confident that the staff sent will be on-time, honest, good natured, and hard-working.
I am equally impressed with the prompt scheduling and follow-up in my dealings with the office.
Mom is now moving to assisted living, but the family is so impressed with Nightingale that we will probably continue to have them help Mom there, as well.
