I took my boyfriends car here the other day. I pulled in to the spot as soon as the car pulled out. This car is not by any means quiet - so I was a little confused when the tech did not come out. My daughter and I sat there for a good 5 minutes, with the window down and still nothing until I got out of the car to say hello. I heard him sigh, kick his chair and finally come out. He asked to pop the hood, and nothing else. I asked how much it was going to cost, he finally answered $25.00. The process was fast, and I sat there waiting longer than the smog actually took. When he finally took my payment (debt card) he pointed to the sign that stated: debit/credit $1.00 and asked if that was okay. Normally I wouldn't care, but after the experience we just had, shouldn't that be mentioned when the price was asked?
