I wanted to schedule a mammography exam. She was talking to me like I own her money and ask to borrow more. She made me feel so uncomfortable. And in the end after asking my name and DOB she told me that since I'm under 35, I can't schedule without a reference.
I said thank you, I will find a reference and then schedule, good buy! - She just hang up.
In my opinion that in facilities like this the customer service is very important. I was already feeling sad to have my breast checked and she just made everything worse.
