This company employs a group of incompetent fools. Upon trying to place a phone order I was transferred a few times, and ultimately discovered that there is only one person in the entire place that takes orders. When this person finally returned our phone call, we attempted purchasing a lamp post. For being the only person who takes orders, he sure is clueless, and as a result we ended up receiving the wrong part. If you ever decide to purchase from Nedco, DONT!
