Let's talk the Service Department here as I have already review the car buying process...I called Chapman and asked them about a light that came on in my car. I have only had my Camaro 6 months and wasn't quite sure about warning lights and what have you! I called the Service department and they said, it's just your oil light, bring it on in and we will look at it. Forgive me, but I forget the woman sales advisor's name who I spoke to but she was awesome!!
Not only did they change my oil, my car came back washed and vacuumed out. The gentleman who handled the change was very professional and gave me advice on buying new rims and who to see.
My only issue is that I am missing one of my lug covers...I should have looked before I left! I was just so overwhelmed with happiness and gratitude that a lug cover was the least of my cares!
