What a disaster. Will try to keep this simple. Symbius Medical was the supplier of CPAP supplies for 6 years...All good/excellent. January 2018, transferred the business to Pacific Pulmonary and said the transfer would be seamless and Pacific would take over where they left off. As 4 months passed and no one called or sent the supplies, I reached out to them. Spoke with a rep and discussed what I needed. Waited 4 weeks and nothing ever came. Called today, was told they have the order in system, but its on hold pending payment of $36.00, my deductible. Glad I called. Did you send an invoice that I must have missed? No, we do not send invoices!! How would I know to pay or who to pay, if no one sends an invoice????After 5 calls and speaking with 5 different reps and managers(?) I still can not get an answer. This defies all logic. One rep said it wasn't their job to send an invoice when I requested it. So again, I ask, who do I pay, how do I pay? No answer. The only answer they give is they will escalate my complaint to their manager and see if an invoice can be sent to me. So here I sit, can't get the medical supplies I need, they have all my personal information which I never authorized Symbius to give them. And to get medical supplies from another provider I have to go back to Mayo Clinic to see a doctor to be re-evaluated and get a new prescription.
