After spending a few days on the Strip, I was getting sick of the Strip's over the top, expensive food. I wanted something different - a local favorite. I decided to ask my Lyft/Uber (ops I forgot which one) for his food recommendation. He recommended Soho and their yellow tail appetizer.
My significant other and I came to Soho on Memorial Day (yes, they are open). It is 15 minutes off the Strip. We ordered from the Lunch menu. They have pretty good deals for their lunch specials. I ordered sashimi lunch special and it came with soup, salad and good portion of sashimi for about $10 and the sashimi was fresh. The yellow tail appetizer was very good as well.
I wished I had the stomach space to try more, but I guess it just mean another visit to Soho in the near future.
