If I could give this place 0 stars I would have... This is by far the WORST location ever! POOR POOR POOR customer service period! And the "store manager" WOW, he was such NO help and didn't even care that my care was not worked on and left over night WITH NO WARNING. I had to go into work late both my man and I just to fix my car... Yes I said I ended up fixing my own car at a tire shop. Mathew was the one who messed everything up and they popped 2 other customers tires like its a balloon shop. I had mention to MATHEW and someone else in the garage 4 or more times that "THEY NEEDED TO JUMP START MY CAR BECAUSE THEY BATTERY WAS DEAD, OK?" They said they don't do that and then corrected they have one but don't USE it. well I said You will use it on this car because I do not have a good battery and I have cable wires if too.
Knowing in my head because of the lack of service and help I got while getting a 3 hour quote and remaining patient along with professionally nice due to real experience dealing with upset people working in automotive for over 7 years I would have fired all of them in a heartbeat... I had a feeling they would jump start my car NOR DID MATHEW tell me they were closing at 6pm having my car there by 3pm that day. I live down the road so I drove my other car just to see the vehicle sitting in the same spot, tire not changed-nothing! And with sitting in the HOT BEAMING sun all for the remaining of the time another tire had went flat so I waited the next day like I had a choice and showed up as soon as they open and walked right up to Mathew he tries to charge me! No good morning, review, update on the car NOTHING but tried to say "Your total is..." I was not paying for poor service and two flat tires thats for sure. They had TWO jobs.. 1) jump start my car 2) change my flat... THATS IT! They refused service because they did not want to jump start my car after I warned them they said ok... And again the tall bald light skinned manager on duty that morning was no help and did not care so being there Mathew wanted me to drive my flat tires on its rims up to the garage since I was there so JUMP START MY OWN CAR... well I did that and it wasn't good I now had to change out my rims which cost me more pain and time dealing with these people at this so called shop. I mentioned not one of you workers that all have vehicles have jumper cables nor know how to jump start a car? They remain silent because they didn't want to do their job nor change a tire in the sun... 30 Mins later I got my vehicle to the front of the garage and go into the shop myself and my man jacks my car up and uses their tools to change my tires right then and there... While they all just stare and watch... hmmm I wonder how legal that was and its all on camera. I also was walking in their shop with open toed shoes where someone whom was responsible for popping two tires could have hurt me like I wasn't upset and stressed enough. Anyone who gets great service here must be a friend or something. I felt this was discrimination all around being a female, asian, hispanic with having too much "labor" on a flat tire. If I had a tire mount I would have NEVER EVER went to any shop because I have someone to do so but we didnt have it and I couldn't drive it any farther then a block which led me to this garbage shop... Shame on you Mathew and non Manager (not sure his name) and the tech who lied to me about jump starting my car I will never recommend this location to anyone ever!!!
