Stopped in to make a shared branching payment on my lunch break. What was supposed to be a quick in and out, turned into a 35 minute ordeal. The teller who will remain nameless accidently? shorted $100 on my car payment. She claimed the cash machine in the front wasn't functioning properly. When in all actuality she just entered in the amount i gave her incorrectly. Anyways they where able to find the missing $100 cash that I gave them. But just overall very frustrating what a mess. Own up when you make a mistake, accidents happen. And please please be careful when counting people's cash. A easy mistake that could've been avoided :).
