I don't know who they have handling prescriptions and sending them to the pharmacies, but this person is highly incompetent. For the 3rd time, I called up and left a message on their prescription answering machine. I needed a renewal of an RX and sent my request in a week before I ran out of pills. They say, they need 72 hours for an RX renewal, but it is really 168 hours or 7 days. Left my message on a Tuesday morning and by the following Monday, it still had not been sent to my pharmacy. So I called the nurses department and it was sent immediately. They also have a habit of lying right to your face, when you ask about an RX that was not sent. They say, "I will send it right away" and they never do. 3 times people have lied to my face and I had to go to the nurses to get it done. Always make your request for an RX renewal at least 7-10 days before you run out.
