We had a defective Sherwood mattress that we bought from Mor. Mor sent an inspector, determined it was indeed sagging 1.5" and offered to give us about $800 credit toward the purchase of a replacement. Problem was, that it was a $1600 mattress we bought on sale. Rubin, the manager, was great about replacing our defective mattress with one of the same quality and price despite the initial credit offered of only $800. This is good customer service and will keep us and our friends coming back.
