This is an Americanized-Imitation of Mongolian BBQ. The taste is okay......There are way to many options out on the floor that aren't favorable. The self serving area always feels so dirty and unorganized. It's always either spilled over or raw food is on the surfaces. The tongs are crossed between raw meats. I do not care for the sauce station as there should be recipes blatant so you may either have a traditional Mongolian taste or make what you like , at this point just know it's way too confusing and it's not worth going. You have keep finding someone because there is no one tending the self serve stations.
