My favorite Starbucks. The staff is friendly, the store is nicely laid out, and they have a nice selection of products.
First, the folks that work there: very friendly, without being fakey fake friendly. Very important! They also are the only location that I've seen that write fun things on the bananas for sale. Cute, very cute.
The store has multiple levels, so there are plenty of hidey holes to sip and read.
There is no drive thru, but there is plenty of parking behind the store. And these folks are fast. I have never had my order languish behind the counter when they forgot it. (See the Beachwood Mall or Mayfield/SOM location if you want that.)
I very much look forward to mornings when I get my Blonde Roast or Pike's Place from this location.
