After reading a lot of bad reviews I was hesitate about going with Best Buy Shutters. I had a few different companies give my quotes and Best Buy Shutters was by far the most affordable. Marcel came out and gave me the quote the same day and the quote was reasonable. I went ahead and paid the full amount on the spot. The time frame was 4-5 weeks which is about the same as the rest of their competitors. On the 4th week I called Best Buy Shutters to see how my shutters were coming along. I spoke with Lynn and she stated that they were behind about a week. That's fine by me. Lynn was professional and helpful. On the day of install (beginning of the 6th week) Dominic and his crew showed up and installed all 9 windows in about an hour. They were clean, professional, and on point! The shutters look amazing!
I can't speak for anyone else's review but Best Buy Shutters and their crew did an excellent job. I will be going back for more shutters in the future and I feel confident to refer friends and family to them. Thank you.
