I'm never going to this store or any other 99 Cents Only store again. You can't return anything, not even gift cards. Exchange only is reasonable for the dollar items, but gift cards are significantly expensive, especially when I accidentally grabbed a $19.99 gift card that was mixed in among the $9.99 cards. And of course they say the manager is not there. I'm better off at Wal-Mart, thank you very much.
