Above average grocery store, for sure! They do tend to run out of popular items quickly because the place gets packed on Saturday/Sunday. Their fresh department is phenomenal and, I daresay, their chicken is better than Longos (I know! Blasphemy!). The upstairs seating area is very comfy and hardly ever busy. It has a Timmies, a Wine Rack, a dry cleaners, a clinic AND a pharmacy in the store, so it's a great one-stop place for shopping. The cashiers are also very friendly (and the female ones are pretty cute ;) ) I'd go here for cheap mid-price groceries. If you're looking for fresh stuff and sit down dinner, I'd lean more heavily towards the Longos. And like I said, it's definitely not cheap--go to the No Frills on Cross Road for cheap stuff.
