I love uber, but have some serious issues with there customer service options. Because of them i am no longer able to use uber at all! The app changed its name to showing as a San Francisco address to my bank and since my ride was in arizona they froze my bank account. I got it fixed with my bank but now the website is still not allowing me to pay it. I've tried everything I can find to try and contact someone at Uber to help me fix it and there is literally no one you can speak to. I was taking Uber at least 5 days a week and more than once a day to get to work. It's very frustrating that after giving them all that money, the one time I need some help there is no one to contact, at least that I'm able to find on my own. This is a last-ditch effort to try and get someone's attention because I would like to continue using uber because it is a really great service (minus the literally 0 amount of customer support other than the FAQ page on the website and the emails I found that didn't work at all)but as it stands now there is no way I can. Any help would be hugely appreciate if anyone at Uber monitors this site.
