The food here is amazing. Best pho in town hands down. But the service is extremely lacking. It makes me dread going there. Eating in isn't as bad as take out, but every time I order take out I say about 3 words to the guy and he never makes eye contact with me. Once I ordered to go, went to get my order and asked for extra sauces (hoisin, soy & siracha) and he looked me in my eyes, laughed then reluctantly threw my sauces in the bag and said "I already put some in there but I put more". I'm sorry it's such a big deal to get extra sauce! Granted, I'm sure the language barrier is a main reason the miscommunication is so bad as well as the service. There's one girl that speaks very good English and she's a sweet heart. Great food, awful service.
